2. Services Provided

SpaceHub provides the following services:

• Interior design consultation and planning
• Space planning and optimization
• Architectural design services
• 3D visualization and rendering
• Material selection and sourcing
• Project management and coordination
• Construction oversight and quality control

3. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project information
• Make timely decisions to avoid project delays
• Provide access to project sites as needed
• Make payments according to agreed schedules
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals
• Communicate changes or concerns promptly

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Generally:

• Initial consultation fees are due upon completion
• Design fees are typically paid in phases
• Material costs require advance payment or deposits
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Final payment is due upon project completion

5. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, plans, and creative work remain the intellectual property of SpaceHub until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you receive usage rights for the specific project only.

6. Project Changes

Changes to approved designs or project scope may result in:

• Additional design fees
• Extended project timelines
• Revised material costs
• Updated project contracts

7. Limitation of Liability

SpaceHub's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our responsibility is limited to design and planning services unless otherwise specified in writing.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination:

• All work completed to date will be billed
• Materials ordered become client responsibility
• Design files will be provided upon full payment
• Confidentiality obligations continue
